The Storem beat is located right in the middle of the salmon-bearing part of Namsen river, approximately 30 km from the sea. This is a beautiful and undisturbed location, 400 meters away from the main road. The common form of fishing on the Namsen river is by boat using rods. However, what makes this location attractive is that it is always possible to fish from land; fly fishing, bait or spinner fishing.

Storem beat is approximately 1100 meters long and is split in two equal parts. You fish in rotation between upper and lower Storem every other day. Fishing from opposite sides of the river does not pose a problem here as you has both sides at your disposal. A maximum of six rods is recommended. On the river bank there is an open cabin of 25 m2 with 2 beds, benches for gas barbecues and tables. This is at your disposal. In addititon, two boats are available for use for harling fishing and transport across the river.
