Silvertip Lodge is the only resort located on the East Arm of Quesnel Lake - home to Canada's best fresh water fjord lake lake fishing. Originally built in 1967 as a fishing and hunting lodge, the location has long been known for it's unique fishing opportunities attracting anglers from around the globe.

QUESNEL LAKE IS THE DEEPEST FRESH WATER FJORD LAKE IN THE WORLD AND HOME TO WORLD CLASS RAINBOW TROUT FISHING.

With a long stretch of beach by the property fly fishing opportunities can be found seconds from the lodge or in the nearby feeder streams of Quesnel Lake. Quesnel Lake Rainbow trout are the trophy sport fish of the lake. Famous for their large size due to their older spawning age than other Rainbow Trout strains. This allows the fish to grow larger before spawning and makes the Quesnel Lake strain a unique fishing experience not to be missed by any avid fly fisher.

The option for a quick float plane charter to fish in alpine lakes of the Cariboo Mountains seldom visited by humans can be arranged. Hobson lake in the nearby Wells Grey Provincial Park has opportunities for excellent Rainbow and Bull trout trophy fishing, with Silvertip Lodge as the closest access point.

At the very east end of Quesnel Lake, nestled on a 14-acre beachfront property, sits a spacious triple A-frame Lodge awaiting your arrival. Silvertip Lodge is the ultimate in rustic, remote and private luxury hidden on the edge of the Cariboo Mountain Range. Without any road access, travelling to the Lodge is by float plane, small aircraft, helicopter or by boat. A 2,200 ft grass/gravel airstrip suitable for small private aircraft, sits a short drive above the property and is accessible most of the year.

Silvertip Lodge offers year round accommodation and activities where you can escape the busy day to day and experience the raw, rustic beauty of nature here in British Columbia.
