I know this guy who catches trout AND HE TAKES THEM HOME AND FEEDS THEM TO HIS DOGS and I try so hard to not punch him in the face like i can get if you are eating them for food and the area has alot of trout but the guy doesn't even have a trout stamp(this is in Kentucky and we need a trout stamp)
