Waters are warming up nice in Pine Island Sound on the grass flats and the bite is getting better every day. Spotted Sea Trout are very aggressive right now and love shrimp patterns, Clousers and Norm Zeiglers Schminnow pattern. We're fishing pot holes and oyster beds in and around the grass flats using a 6 or 8 wt with a Royal Wulff Bermuda Shorts Floating line with a 9' leader. Edward Decker from New York was down for his first time Saltwater Flyfishing experience and landed this beautiful Speckled Sea Trout. Tight lines, take a kid fishing and always remember, "It's great being us"! Capt Blake
