Sava Bohinjka River

Day to remember It was day to remember for Karl, Niko and his son Oscar from Austria... They came for two days of guided fishing with me. On a first day we fished at renown chalk stream Unica River (report coming shortly) and on a second day we visited our Alpine beauty Sava Bohinjka. We were greeted with nice warm weather, crystal clear water and active fish ... Not only active, they were in trophy size. Fishing was amazing, they caught bunch of fish! Rainbows, graylings on a dray, even brownies ... But Karl had most of it, as he caught his biggest rainbow on a streamer ... It was solid fish over 75 cm and probably weighed over 5 kg.
