The Don

I woke up to a beautiful autumn morning and decided I would go for my first un-guided fishing trip to a river I had never fished before. I had received a few bits of information from a friend about where to fish, but the rest would be up to me. I used the french nymphing technique with a flashback on point and a pink shrimp on a dropper to target the grayling. I had an amazing day and managed to catch beautiful brownies and stunning grayling. Thank you. Tight lines.
