Steps

Step 1

I take female Mallard feather.

I shift the fibers along the stem of feather

Step 3

I tie the feather on grub hook.

Step 4

I cut excess of feather

Step 5

I take a CDC hackle.

Step 6

I tie CDC hackle near the feather.

Step 7

I wrap CDC hackle around the stem oh hook, tie it and cut excess.

Step 8

I shift CDC fibers forward and tie them on hook.

Step 9

I lift the CDC fibers and locking them in that position by tying the head of the fly.

Step 10

I take off the fly in the vice and cut the tip of the feather, leaving two fibers that have to imitate the tails
