Everglades Angling

United States Watauga River, Boone, North Carolina, United States

Everglades Angling's Founder Jim Dussias has been guiding anglers in Florida's unique Everglades ecosystem since 2003. We specialize in fly and light tackle fishing for small tarpon, snook, and peacock bass. Since we use kayaks, it enables us to reach many places a typical boat guide can't get to.

We are continuously exploring this area looking for new uncharted kayak trails, walking paths, hidden hardwood hammocks with rare orchids and other exotic plants. There are over one million acres to explore and so much to be learned.

We are passionate about protecting, preserving and sharing our knowledge about this unique environment known as the river of grass.
