Tržiška Bistrica is small but attractive fly fishing river, a left tributary of the Sava. It has created a famous Dovzanova gorge. Its bed has a large drop leading to its having torrential characteristics. The water is cold, of an extremely transparent, specific blue green colour. The water is fully productive and inhabited by the gorgeous browns and rainbow trout which reach enviable sizes.
