Wake up refreshed and ready for your day with a cup of hot coffee (coffee is provided) and a delicious hot muffin fresh out of the oven (muffin mix is provided) sitting on the covered front porch in the rocking chairs waiting for one of the best fishing guides to pick you up in his boat at our beach or maybe planning your day of hiking or biking on the John Wayne Trail.

You will find the beautiful kitchen has everything you need to make the basics or a lavish meal. This includes spices, coffee and real cream too, condiments, and all the needed utensils and equipment to cook if you so choose….oven, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking sheets and of course muffin tins if you want to bake up those hot morning muffins! Also included is pancake mix and a big griddle for cooking them too!
