User's and visitor's information

In Fly dreamers we keep users and visitor's information that allow to give a better experience. All information saved is kept permanently except otherwise detailed.

All information are kept in computer databases (relational and no-relational) that have security in place. All databases are hosted within our hosting provider (US).

• IP: We keep visitor's IP address when the user tries to log in to Fly dreamres. This allows to prevent DOS attacks and leaking users' information.
• If the visitor is "dreamer": We keep his/her email and payment history (we do not keep credit card data). This allows identifying the user so that if he/she registers to the site they keep all the benefits for being a "dreamer".
• Travel profiles seen. This allows to suggest best profiles to be displayed.
• Application language.
• If the visitor gave feedback on the site, we keep that information to continously improve our services.

• Inbox data and messages.
• Searches made. This allows us to offer most relevant searches for other users.
• Species and content type's visited by the user. This way, we can recommend the best content for each user.
• Last activity and last login date/time.
• Contacts send to travel profiles.
• Feedback given to travel profiles.
• Invitation list using the inviter module (emails). This allows us to identify who has invited a new user when he/she registers.
• Wall filter preferences.
• Anglers being followed by the users and anglers who follow the user.
• Profile creation date/time.
• Marketing campaign by which the user has registered (if applicable).
• Social network credentials activated.
• Profile information:
  • Email: Primary and alternatives.
  • Password: Login password, encrypted.
  • First and last name.
  • Opcional information (only if explicitly given by the user): phone number, address, zip code, birthdate, country, company, profession, charge, website, species, fishing gear, user type.

• All information given when creating the profile, including text, pictures and videos (the links).
• Payment history (we do not keep credit card information).
• Contacts history.
• Last date the user has visited each profile. This allows to provide feeback or news on his/her travel profile.
